FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I have a party at the pool?
You can have a party at the pool, but your party must be held during regular pool hours, you cannot rent the clubhouse at the same time you have a pool party, and you cannot have a private pool party. Homeowners and their guests will also be able to enjoy the pool while you are having your party. You must also contact our pool Board member to schedule a party. Additional lifeguards may also be required for your event. More details can be found on Swim Atlanta’s site.
Why do we not have “Swim at your own risk”?
The purpose of a life-guard only policy is to protect the health and safety of the neighbors using the pool. We consider the presence of lifeguards at our pool a true benefit to our residents’ safety.
What is the policy on A vs. B members using the pool?
The policy is that only “A” members in good standing and their guests are eligible to use the pool, as is the case with all amenities. Residents that are “B” members are not permitted to use the facilities, or be guests of “A” members, unless they pay the “use fee” of $400. All A members and guests must check in with the pool staff when entering the pool.
What are the rules or policies for the pool?
The rules and polices are posted at the pool, and can be found here: CHHA Pool Policies
