Communications Information

Chestnut Hill has a variety of ways to communicate with homeowners. The majority of new homeowners are added to our communications lists when their closing information is received by our accountant. However, if you are not receiving information by email, please review the information on this page.

All notices sent via email will be available on the website. All messages sent to you will be a message from the board or a message related to an HOA activity.

Website:
Our website is updated regularly by the board members and coordinators for the various amenities and activities. If you would like us to add or remove something from the website, please contact the responsible board member.

Newsletter:
Newsletters will be published periodically throughout the year as content is available.

Neighborhood Directory:
The Directory is published every 2 years. To request an update (or to be added to the directory), please complete the Information Update Form. We use the email addresses from this form to send communication regarding community events.

Facebook Group
Many residents choose to join us on Facebook in a non-public group only for adult residents. Residents post items for sale, lost pets and up-to-the-minute updates on all manner of things related to the neighborhood.
