The Chestnut Hill subdivision is located in Cobb County, Georgia between I-75 and I-575. With over 600 homes, we are a vibrant community with fabulous amenities. This website has all the details for current and prospective Chestnut Hill homeowners.
The Chestnut Hill Homeowners' Association meets on the 2nd Sunday of almost every month at 7pm at the clubhouse. Add a calendar reminder, or watch the signage posted at the entrances. Our next annual meeting will be on November 3rd and 7 pm. At this time we will vote for our new Board members. There are four open positions on the Board and there are nine candidates who have announced their desire to run for the positions. See the bios for the candidates here.
Every household receives one proxy to vote for new Board members. See the proxy here.

Our Chili Cook-Off and Fall Festival will be held on October 26th from 5-7 at the Clubhouse. We need both participants and judges. If you are interested in competing in or judging the cook-off, please contact Richard Lewis at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will have corn-hole, pumpkin racing, inflatables, pumpkin painting, face painting, and more for the kids. Attendees will be able to taste the chili and purchase hot dogs, chips, and soda. It is going to be a fun night!
